Conscious Innervation

The one-minute introduction.

1 min readJul 27, 2020

Innervation is a mindful, brain-friendly approach to realizing what you want. It involves connecting the brain and setting the mind. Mindful means creating with conscious, spacious intentionality. Brain-friendly means making it easy, fun, and rewarding.

Innervation focuses on turning what you want into what you do while balancing the outer world of achievement with the inner world of fulfillment.

In anatomy, the verb to innervate means “to supply nerves to something” or “to stimulate and energize.” The new and expanded definition of innervation is “ connecting the brain and setting the mind.”

Connecting the brain is done by developing innervative powers like imagination, intuition, and empathy. This gives access to the emerging possibilities and creative potential of the unknown.

Setting the mind is done by applying innervative practices like spacing, framing, and staging. This allows the ideal conditions for the wanted behavior, experience, and learning to manifest.

To innovate is to create from a new mind, shaping the world from the inside out. Innervation helps evolve the sanity of humanity by improving the quality of our ideas, choices, and actions.
